Brookstones No Return Policy, is a scam Simi Valley, California
Purchased a Parrot RC Droan. Got it home hooked up and discovered that it was a video game not an RC Droan. Took it back within 24 hours and was told, since it was opened it was not returnable to the store that we had to deal directly with Parrot. Parrot states that is a lie and that its Brookstones policy. Upon trying to return the item, I was handed a "policy statement" that I had never been given the day before. This company is a SCAM, Warn everyone you know and stay away from these CON artist. The only way to deal with them is to run them out of business.
