Never hire Brookwide Inc.
The first lie he will tell you is that he has a fleet of trucks. Look at the pictures he posted on line. No way. He is a one man company with no experience. He does not own a truck. He is a broker with zero experience. His company started in December of 2021.
The second lie is that he says YES to everything you ask and then does it his way any way. He follows none of your guidelines regarding schedule or preferences. Total jerk the way he over promises and completely under delivers.
This rookie broker already changed his company name once before due to damage reviews all over the internet with his other 1 year old company. He is starting over already again. Bad sign. After my vehicle was damaged I learned this too late. You have to google the company phone number, the company address and see what pops up. If you see different company names think TOTAL SCAM. They changed their name for a reason. They are running from all responsibility!
Worse thing ..... they block your number and ignore you when you ask for help getting money out of the carrier. They say "F#@k You" and leave you to file a claim with your own insurance. They run run run. Terrible work ethic, terrible customer service and why not? He will probably change his name again in another year or so. Total unprofessional. Some of these foreign owned business people have no clue what is expected in this country. Igor Krasner - he just doesn't care!
