Bought a "Lifetime" Pool from Brother's 3 Pools in Bethpage 7 years ago. Changed the skimmer and return gaskets regularly.
A few weeks ago I was surprised to see my pool rotting/disintegrating on the skimmer side. Gig gaps. irregular fissures.
I contacted Brothers 3 about the situation, and they told me that they don't warranty around the skimmer. Even though I changed the gaskets regularly, they said there must have been a small leak, even if I didn't see it. They refused to warranty my $3,000 pool. They did me a favor and offered me $200 off a new liner.
I had a previous pool in the same spot 20 years before it rotted on the bottom.
This "Lifetime" Pool lasted 7.

I'm happy to say that Brothers 3 has rectified the situation by taking care of the repair of my pool and restored my faith in them. Thank you and Well done Dan!

Perhaps I was a little too quick to post my original posting, for since that time, I was contacted by Brothers 3 who has rectified the situation and had my pool repaired. Thank you Dan and the rest of Brothers 3.
