Complaint Review: Brothers Cleaning Services

We have used them several times. Service was generally poor. They often did not have ID to gain access to our gated community. Late or no shows in the past. Always raggedy cars. We started to notice that some small items were missing after each cleaning. The last time they were in my home a significant piece of jewelry was missing. No one was in the room besides Brothers Cleaners. I immediately contacted the company. No response. I have filed a police report with the Las Vegas Metro police department.  I would never let these people into my home again.  I do not feel safe having them. The owner has been very evasive leading me to believe he might be involved in something bigger than just maids stealing expensive jewelry. Like this is organized. I don't know but am hopeful the Las Vegas Police will get to the bottom of this.
