Had brand new HVAC unit (6200 dollars) unit installed in 2017. Less than 3 yrs later woke up to no heat. Since we didn't purchase their expensive service contract they could not care less. Paid for service call (50.00) tech came out, couldn't find the real problem.

Less than 1 yr later woke up to no heat. They wouldn't come out for 2.5 days. Called another company to have heat repaired.

Found out original installer installed system wrong, didn't insulate pipe in attic, causing it to freeze, installed drain incorrectly, causing it to clog and freeze. Left plug (diffuser) out of system.

Brothers refused to reimburse me for repairs for $6200 system which has failed twice in less than 4 yrs which I am still making payments on. They screw the little people
