Brother's International provides Extremely Poor Customer Service by the Corporate Executive Liaison, Mike Fink, the Corporate Consumer Affairs Department at privacy@brother.com, the Technical Support Team and On-Line Chat Support Team.

I would highly recommend you stay away from their products. They do not respond to their customers needs or equipment.

I am a Business Professional encompassing seventeen years of service employed by the largest utility in the nation, and an entrepreneur of four successful,businesses.

I have had constant issues with one of their products for in excess of ninety two days. I asked for the product to be replaced on the ninety second day and was denied. I contacted the Corporate Executive Liaison, and Corporate Consumers Affair Department, to no response.

I was not contacted by Brothers International until I filed a complaint with the BBB. But still, Brothers refuses to meet my business needs by standing behind their product.  . (I hope the BBB can help in this matter).

Unfortunately, due to my urgent home business needs, I will incur the cost of repurchasing the office equipment from another manufacturer immediately.

Sabrina I’ve got some great news for you and a question.  I just got off the phone from Brother international the company that made your equipment.   They seem to be very helpful and I had a great conversation with this company  just a few minutes ago. I they know  about your complaint  and they were very eager to listen to what I had to say.       That I know that when you run a business when a machine sales no matter what kind of machine it is and no matter what  Company made the machine things are going to go wrong once in a while it happens there man-made.  

Please be patient because I’m telling you this company wants to work with you yes reputation consultant I am and I try to resolve issues and make things better.  I personally love to take unfortunate situations and turn them into positive situations for everybody involved.     I’ve been doing this for 15 years and the editor at Rip Off Report knows me very well.  Please be patient because they are willing to work with you and replace your machine the  gentleman that I talked to for about 20 minutes on the phone at the corporate office  was extremely nice to me and told me what he was willing to do for you. 

Why is it that you did not tell us that they offered to replace your machine ?   Again I ask you to be patient they know who you are and they have your contact information.     Mr ”M”  thank you for taking my phone call I very much appreciate it.  It’s very obvious to me that you care..

Sabrina I put in a call to Mike think I’m going to talk to him see if there’s a way to resolve the issue please be patient I am a reputation consultant I hope businesses that have reputation issues or possible reputation issues that they want assistance with.   Please be patient let me see what I can do for both of you
