Complaint Review: Broward Factory Service

This company basically steals your money.  Had two in house service calls and neither was completed satisfactorily.  When I wanted to cancel my contract I was told that I  would only get 90% of the remaining time less charges for sevice  calls made regardles of weather or not they were successful (APPROX. $50.00 per call)  It is amazing to me that if  you have service work performed within the contract time period and that work was not satisfactorily completed then when you attempt to cancel the agreement the service company says they are allowed to to reduce any refund amount due by for service call charges for servive calls not completed  successfully

Basically this is saying , we will take your money to provide services, we will not perform those services successfully, and should you choose to cancel the contract we will reduce any refund monies due by servive call fees for each unsuccessfull call.

What a racket !!!  How can you possibly lose with this type of deal.

WHAT A RIPOFF !!!!!
