Broward Factory Service Orlando Florida is not worth getting a service contract. They only have one tech to fix refrigeraters that does not know what he is doing... they take apart items and don't put it back together the correct way. Waited over a week for a part , same guy comes back put the part in and states give it 24HOURS and turn on refrigerater. Call back still not working ... guess what he did not put freon. This was on 09/09/13 now it's 10/07/13 and they state freon leak... really you can't test that before .... I think the company is just full of it.
