I had a very poor experience with Browning's Auto Body. When I took my car in for repair they committed to me they would have my car back to me in 5 days. Due to their inability to work properly with their vendors, they kept getting wrong parts for my car. It took them a minimum of three tries to finally get the correct parts. To top it off, they were not diligent at all in getting the wrong parts exchanged for the right ones. I had to keep bugging them about it. As a result, they kept my car an additional 7 days (on top of the original 5) and it cost me dearly to rent a vehicle for that week. 

What was most offensive to me was that they would not accept responsibility for their part in the problem. Yes, the vendor sent the wrong parts, but they did not take the necessary steps to work with that vendor after the first time to ensure the right parts were sent. Even after the 2nd try they didn't. Bottomline, they are the ones I contracted to do the work with. It is their responsibility to partner with a competent vendor or take steps to fix the problem. They gave me a very minor adjustment to the cost, which did not even come close to what they cost me in the rental fees. I will NEVER use Browning's again.
