Brownstone Resources IMODERTREND.COM MODERN LIFE TREND Sold a non-working vacuum MILPITAS CA
This company advertised and sold a handheld vacuum ($73.97) that doesn't work. I received it on November 27. I contacted them the next day to let them know. They just told me " we don't provide return labels". Then, I said I will contact Paypal to get my money back.
Then, I paid $14 to return the item on November 29. I followed up with emails telling them that the product has been sent back and received by them according to the tracking. They never responded. On December 19, I contacted Paypal to request a refund.
On December 23, Paypal refunded $72.25 with no further explanation, and the case was closed.
I Modem Trend is scam.
