Complaint Review: Browser Cleanser

I bought "Browser Cleanser" and have been using it. Heretofore, I had no problem receiving a unlock code. I installed a new hard drive and am trying to reinstall "Browser Cleanser", but I have not been able to obtain a unlock code.

I have written 3 emails to support@browsercleanser and I have received no reply. Whenever I try to obtain a unlock code, I get "the page cannot be found."

Are these people still in business"? They still have their website that has the download available for a price. They may be trying to get people to pay for the software again before they can use it.
