We never refused to give a refund to anyone even a year after they bought the product and used it.  When you sell millions and millions of products over the internet you can expect the following, competitors to use sites like rip off report and “review sites” to try and discredit you and poach your web traffic, a small percent of people to be unhappy with you know matter what you do or say.
