Bruce A. Kramer Watch Out For The Angry Pool Customer Scam. New Fairfield Connecticut
Watch out for Mr. Bruce A. Kramer. He targets contractors then does not wish to pay for services rendered. He uses threats and intimidation to scare contractors into submission so that he doesn't have to pay for work that he or his partner ordered. He also put a fake listing for free hot tubs on Craigslist directing the general public to come to the store and get free hot tubs. Childish and sick behavior for an adult.
He spins a heart wrenching story about two sister who hired a contractor then goes on to talk about his displeasure with the contractor and the job performed often posing as the female victim. But Mr. Kramer and his partner know exactly what they are doing and thats scamming people out of their time and supplies and labor.
If the real Mr Bruce A. Kramer comes into your place of business keep him far from your young female employees because when he was done berating my female employees here at our small pool and spa store these fine employees didn't want to come to work because of the awful behavior of Mr. Kramer. I believe all of his tactics to be part of his plan to beat a contractor into submission and into providing services and products and labor for free.
In our case we began the difficult labor and did the hard part of the job then the customer attempted to reverse the credit card payment. Bruce A. Kramer claims to be a Famous, Wealthy, Designer, Playboy, Photographer etc. etc. Blah Blah Blah. He is a shady con man who should be made to wear a beacon that would alert any contractor whenever he comes calling. Contractors watch out for Bruce A. Kramer (also uses the name Bugsie) if he cannot get you to work for free "Bugsie" will begin to stalk you and your employees and picket your store. Don't hesitate to have Mr. Kramer removed by the Police. We did. And then had to get a No Trespass order against him.

What else can anyone say about this nit witted con-man Bruce A. Kramer. He finagled his or his partners money back from the credit card company after getting the old pool plumbing dug up and repaired. Yes we did the difficult hard part of the job and then this con artist and his so-called sisters blog fanatics tried to use intimidation and threats to make us work for free. We don't work for free here. We even had to have this nutty freak removed from our small successful pool and hot tub store by the local police. We even served him a no trespass order. But after all of this, Bruce A. Kramer continues to threaten and harass everyone here. He is a dangerous cyber stalker who even posted a bogus add up on Craigslist telling people to come to our store for free hot tubs. This Bruce A. Kramer guy fancies himself as a gangster type. A wannabe is more like it. He even calls himself Bugsie. Can you believe this guy? Well eventually enough his games are going to land him in jail. Don't do business with Bruce A. Kramer or his so called sisters. They are a ploy a ruse to get you sucked in to helping them and then you are screwed. Watch out for Bruce A Kramer who apparently uses aliases as well. WARNING LOOK OUT FOR BUGSIE KRAMER.

I'm Bruce A. Kramer. Here's the story--
Two young sisters hired Bourne Bridge Pool and Spa to fix their pool. Mark Woodbury and his crew overcharged their credit card, turned out to be unlicensed and unregistered with the state. Failed to give an contract after repeated requests. When they finally came to do SOME work, the left the pool unfinished for a almost 2 months and in an unsafe and dangerous condition with a 3ft hole in the concrete. The made promise after promise and broke each and every one.
These two inocent girls were victomized by Mark Woodbury and when I stepped in to help them, he came after me. I'm retired so nothing he can say about me can possibly hurt me. I'm not the owner of the house and have not FINANCIAL interest in this. One of the sister happens to be the woman I love in my life. His only recourse to make himself sound like the victom. We'll, we were vindicated when the credit card company returned our money after an investigation. Now all Mark Woodbury and Bourne Bridge Pool and Spa file fake reports about me, Bruce A. Kramer to try and save his reputation and divert people from the facts. Look at his ratings by googling Bourne Bridge Pool and Spa.
Consumers don't need to write reports like this unless they are true. If his allegations against me were correct, I'll I'd have to do was to go to my credit card company. But in stead I picketed on public property in front of his store WITH police permission and approval. Will likely do it again. But I wanted to make sure that nobody else gets ripped of by Mark Woodbury and Bourne Bridge Pool and Spa.

I am Deborah, one of the sisters who was ripped off by Bourne Bridge Pool and Spa. Me and my sister Victoria own the house. Bruce is my fiance and well within his rights to express his dissatisfaction on what this pool company did to us as we were ripped off and treated horribly over this entire experience. (Leaving our pool in nasty condition and refusing to refund us our money after they just quit working on it with no explanation). Me and my sister exist and are owners of that house. That is public knowledge and can be looked up and Mark Woodbury is lying by saying Bruce is impersonating us??
Once my sister and I started complaining, Mark Woodbury and his team of employees at Bourne Bridge Pool and Spa started coming after US with nasty comments. Bruce is sticking up for me and my sister as any good man should do and Mark Woodbury is slandering him??? Bruce has never lied about what they did to us. Mark Woodbury and his team at Bourne Bridge pool and spa have decided to play nasty and post things about Bruce that has NOTHING to do with the complaint in question. Stay to the facts Bourne Bridge Pool and Spa! You messed up our pool, we called you out on it and you have decided to slander us? Yes world, he is messing with two innocent WOMEN! One who has three young children that wanted to play in that pool this summer! Sorry Mark Woodbury but me and my sister EXIST and you know that!
