On Monday October 27th 2014, Judge Stephen Maloney of Dept 27 at Los Angeles Superior Court on the Joe Davis Case (BF 033677) has removed Bruce DeWayne Harshman permanently.
The judge has found Bruce Harshman not to have disclosed his relationship of a previous client on a previous case and should have recused himself.
In The Joe Davis Case, The judge had an issue of Bruce Harshman not disclosing to Joe that him and my Ex-Wife are co-defendant in a federal lawsuit which is now pending in the 9th Circuit Federal Court on appeal (Case: 14-55091).
We also learned today from Jerry Lujan that Bruce DeWayne Harshman has removed himself from his case citing “we don’t get along” excuse.
Bruce Harshman has been claiming for many months now that he will be retiring and moving out of the city if not the State, yet he continues to take new cases and serve as "expert consultant".
The Federal Lawsuit is very serious against Bruce Harshman for violating 14th Amendement of Ayman Farraj because he is an Arab. Bruce Harshman has racist tendencies and discriminates against people of different color and religion.
Say no to Bruce Harshman and reject him. If you do have him on your case, please remove him asap before he destroys your life as he destroyed mine and my children who I have not seen in 4 months because of this man's recommendations just based on my Arab Race.

Thank you for posting this information! I did call family court services and confirmed that he is not on the list as of March 2014. I have a declaration from him dated several months later in which he still says that he is still on the list. They would not tell me why he was removed. Do you know how I can get more information?
I also looked him up on the Board of Behavioral Science and he has no actions against him. I can't find any information on the complaint numbers you provided. Could you please point me in the right direction? I want to know more about these complaints for my family law case. Thank you!
