Complaint Review: Bruce Hogan Private Pilot DVD

I purchased the Bruce Hogan Private Pilot DVD course and the 3 publications that would help with my studies. It was around $75.00 all together. I got the links to the downloads just to find out that they were the exact same manuals that you can download for free off the FAA websit. I then waited the 21 business days for my course to arive and it never did. I contacted him through the website that sends a message to him because you can not dirrectly Email him and he told me it shipped within 2-3 days of getting the order and he would look into, just give it more time. I did and still nothing came. I went back to look at the report i had filed with him and it said it was closed because i did not respound, yet only a few days had gone by. I filed another report with him and he said give it 21 more business days. thats when i began looking into seeing if it was a scam and found this site. I wrote him back and tried to talk to Paypal about it however they only allow 45 callander days to have a dispute and i waited right throught that period of time. Intentional on his part i am sure. End of story for the first time in my life i got scammed, i didn't think it was that much money and lots of courses like this are out their for sale, this was just the cheapest. Now i know why. I contacted him again asking for my money and have heard nothing back. I am sure i won't either. It's a scam plain and simple, don't buy it. If only i had found this site and report on him sooner.
