 After purchasing my Explorer , I found out very rapidly that it came with major problems. A/c system was temporarily rigged to operate.The A/C compressor, evaporator and complete dash plenum assembly needed replaced . Lower control arms needed replaced, both rear end bearings needed replaced. One was paid for by Premier One upon purchase as I could tell one was going out after the initial test drive .The cherry on top was a complete transmission needed replaced in November.The bottom line in repairs is over $ 4000.00 and that's after 2500 miles of service. I did purchase this vehicle " as is " so I did not expect much if any help. I did e-mail the company about all of my repair issues expressing my disappointment as to the lack of mechanical inspection. The lady who answered my follow up phone call said that my e-mail was " on the top of the pile " of the bosses desk and will be looked at soon. She said that they have been extremely busy as they are in the process of opening another dealership and haven't had a chance to address my e-mail. Great, another place where customers can get ripped off. I want them to extend to me an aftermarket warranty to protect my Explorer before the next problem pops up. I can dream can't I ?
