Thia is man that doesnt to keep his word. this is a man that moves like a snail,. This is a man that maybe in collusion to make me lose money. When a laywer says you will have your money in 30 days and then it takes 6 months, get ready for that. He never once called me to say there would be a delay of my money. I waited until 2 weeks after his 30 day deadline was up, i called no return call, Then i waited another week and called him again, and still no return call to say where my money is, . If you want a liar, and a lawyer that does nothing , he says. he is your man. He is what give lawyers a bad name, . He thinks he is better than me. he talks down to me. For me to have the trustee which is his client turn over the profit and loss statements on the trust, he is doing nothing to have this provided, Now he wants me to get a lawyer to collect the information that should have been disclosed, ordered by the will. He is just a scam lazy con artist. He might be raiding the funds, i do not know , and he will not follow the will, or have his client follow the will. What conclusion would you have from this nightmare. Be very careful if you use him, my experience with him is about a minus 1000. I honestly dont know how this kind of attorney gets a degree.

Bruce Parrish attorney Bruce parrish lied again, never got what i was told when it should of been released west palm beach florida Bruce Parrish, is again a liar, he stated i got 4 quarterly payments last year, he must have some new kind of ripoff math he uses, i only got 2 checks, yet Bruce put in writing i got all 4, i asked him to produce these records, nothing happened, He is a low life, he has allowed the trustee, to get paid while i was waiting almost a year to get some money.
When the will clearly states " at a minimum quarterly payments", He must of gone to school to understand that quarterly means every 3 months, He actually outright lied in his letter, that i got all my payments, but has done nothing to prove that statement is correct. This so called man is just a crook, he got his money, yet i have not. I hope that no one gets suckered in to working with him, my experience has been a nightmare, and still continues, he just wants to keep earning his fees, while not making sure the trustee is following the will, I have been as polite as possible to have the will followed, H thinks he is above the law, very bad person to work with. a liar and a crook.
i have asked to list each asset and what the profit or loss was from each asset, what a joke, he sent me some small expenses on shower doors,. Here is a grown man that refuses to be up front, he is hiding something, and working with the trustee, so they get their money. I hope no one hires this guy expecting an honest hard working person. You will get the laziest, corrupt, liar that is colluding with the trustee so they get paid, while they deplete the trust. The will is very clear, yet Bruce does not honor it, that alone should tell you what kind of crook he is.
