Bruce Salituri Licensed Florida General Contractor, Inc. Took our deposit of $25,900 and never ordered kitchen OR returned our money! Pompano Beach Florida
We have used Bruce Salituri of Licensed Florida General Contractors since February 2008, and he has completed several projects in our home. We designed a kitchen with Mr. Salituri over the course of two months. He required a 50% deposit from us ($25,900) to order the custom cabinets. After passing seven weeks (delivery was supposed to be 6-8 weeks), we found out he never ordered the cabinets. We have attempted to recover our money, but have not been successful. He has our money, we trusted him since we knew him for several months. His website indicates they are the "most dependable contractors in Florida". To date, the money has not been returned NOR have the cabinets been ordered.

We have responded in writing to all of Mr. Negrin's letters and phone calls. What Mr. Negrin did not mention is that we have always been ready willing and able to start and complete his job as the contract specified.
Mr. Negrin called our supplier to try and get information that is confidential, and not passed on to our customers and made assumptions that are incorrect. He was also contacting our employee's during off hours instead of calling the owner to get correct information.
As result of his assumptions he formulated his own ideas and then started backing out of his contract with my company.
We have always been ready willing and able to to go forward with completing his kitchen and would do so with out any hard feelings.
Sincerely,
Licensed Florida General Contractor.
