Bruce Tinsley He took money from my son to by his first car. He promised to deliver the car in 2 weeks after taking an $800 down payment. My son never received the car and has only received $400.00 of his deposit and Bruce has cussed him out and threatened to hurt him physically Louisville Kentucky
Bruce Tinsley made an agreement in writing on October 19th to take a 800 down payment for a Chevy Malibu, total price 1800.00 to be made with monthly payments of 150.00 until the 1000 balance is paid off. After 30 days the car wa still not in working condition and Bruce constantly made excuses. Bruce finally gave my son 400.00 of his 800.00 deposit and as of today December 14th, 2016 Bruce has not paid my son the balance of $400.00
He has resorted to verbal threats and derogatory remarks. He is a theif and a liar. He is also homophobic and vicious in his verbal attacks we are fearful of his actions and have contacted the police in Meade, Jefferson coiunty and the FBI
