This company currently owes me $150.00 for escort ordered not used. I dispatched a driver 100 miles to a location to escort a load. Due to company error and using wrong weight on the permit the load had to wait till the next day to leave. Upon billing for the escort ordered not used, they said my escort said there was no fee. Not true. When I called them out on this and said their driver was a liar. I got cussed out and hung up on. This bill is currently past due by 45 days. The company will not answer my calls and is doing everything they can to avoid payment.
