Bruces Air Conditioning Charged over $1,000 to fix a leaky air conditioner that is still leaking Tempe Arizona
I am an employee at an apartment complex that bruces ac came out to fix a leak in a residents a/c unit. Every employee that I have seen from bruces have always been somewhat rude and lazy. Well this has been a 5 trip deal for bruces to try to fix (they charge us $50 each time they have to come out to the property) and all they have done in these 5 service calls is ripped up the ceiling and ripped us off and upset the resident.
They have tried to fix a condenser line leak with silicone while it is dripping away. 1 of the employees even said he replaced the leaky line but it is still leaking.
Because of Bruces the resident wants to move out and break her lease and she is entitled to do so since the conditions of the lease were not held up by the management.
These lazy rude jerks even try to get maintenance people at the complex to do the jobs for them. Now we lose a good resident , lose the money that the resident paid every month , lost so much money to bruces , and on top of that have to pay a different a/c company to fix the problem that started this mess. Dont use Bruces Air Conditioning Service they are very rude , lazy people who dont even bother to fix things correctly, nor do they have the desire to fix the problem .

Hey Tom, what does it matter to you ? I am not too concerned with a response from a person that happened upon a website one day and likes to make suggestions or comments that nobody even cares about. Try to go do something more productive with your time like rounding up sheep and other farm animals for your family renuion this year. If you have no connection with the company I filed a complaint about I do not even know why you even wasted my time . Now Shoo

Losing a paying client, in this case a renter, is obviously not in your best interest. Let's say for a moment that said renter was paying $500 per month in rent. That's $6000 per year. I estimate the AC repair at maybe (if you get your refund) $750. Because of your petty foolishness you traded a $750 loss for $6000 in revenue. That's just plain shortsighted. I tell you what, those other tenants are looking at this and thinking that if this ever happens to them they will move out immediately and not even give you a chance to fix the problem (seeing as how you totally botched this). Your personal vendetta with an admittedly incompetent AC company has costed you $6000.

they should be responsible for fixing something I had already paid f

The only reason that I used them 5 times was because they should be responsible for fixing something I had already paid for. I am not that narrow minded. Bruces needs to fix what they have been paid to fix. You know some people are not as dumb as you think they are. If you are paid to fix something you need to fix it reguardless of how many times it takes you. As for the charges for service calls I am working to get those refunded. I do not try to fix anything on the cheap, but when you have a vendor list with only 2 or 3 vendors for a/c and the other 1 or 2 cannot get out to the property for a couple of days what other choice do you have?

You could have used another HVAC company. You knew that this particular company was there FIVE times, that their employees were rude FIVE times, and couldn't fix the problem FIVE times. After the FIRST time I would have looked for satisfaction elsewhere (as would a prudent, responsible apartment manager). Sounds like you tried to fix the problem on the cheap, and it didn't work out. It rarely does. Thanks for the heads-up on Bruce's though, I won't be using them for any of my work.
