Complaint Review: Brumos Motor Cars - Brumos Mercedes Benz/Porsche Car Service

I have a Benz C230, and took it to Brumos Mercedes of Jacksonville, for rear tire wear.

They told me that my right rear toe was bended, and that I needed to replace the toe arm to align my car, and that the bolts needed to be replace as well.  They also told me that my transmission was leaking, and that it would start mis-shifting pretty soon.  I have all this info in writing; I am not making this up.

My final estimate was over $400

I picked up my car before having any work done, and they told me that I needed to pay $180

I almost had a Heart attack at the dealer; I raised some hell and they still forced me to pay $105 anyway before releasing my car.

The very same day I took the car across the street to a place called Autobahn that work on imports, and my car was fixed within 3 hours for a total charge of $75 

I never told the guys at Autobahn about my incident at Brumos to see how accurate their claims were, until after my car was fixed; and when I told them they were not surprise at all.

They told me that nothing was bended, and that no bolts needed replacement; furthermore my transmission was not leaking at all.

Again, I have all this information in writing from both places acquired on the same day.

If anyone wants to file a class action sue against Brumos you can count on me.
