If the work that was turned in was legit then there never would have been this issue.
This reply is to clarify a few things.....
I have received several emails regarding Bruner. I work with this company as well as have been paid for all work that I have done even work that I did not expect to be paid for.
Bruner was forced to stop payment on the check due to the fact that the leads were false. I myself put my contract in Jeopardy by calling the client and requesting this information from him so that I could verify this information if needed. I wanted to hear straight from the "horse's mouth" so to speak to ensure that what I was saying could be verified. There were over 250 leads that have been back charged. To my very own calculations this past contractor with Bruner owes Bruner money back. All leads submitted from this particular contractor have not been verified as of yet by the client's sales department, so there could be more charge backs. It is suspected by the client that there will be many more to come from this contractor.
I have never supported a scam, nor a company that does not pay, been there done that and do not want to fight for my money again. Although it did make for a great write off on my taxes. This person did not do the work she turned in. She asked for proof and she will have it all when the final reports come in from the client. Because of this contractor many changes are being made within the company.
