BRUSHY CREEK KENNELS DAVID MOORE Puppy MIll and Unethical Treatment of animals / False contracts and misrepresentation Ripoff Hockley Texas
Purchased a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and thought I had done my homework. Was shown documentation that the pup was imported and from a strong bloodline. Both parties signed their contract and paid a large sum for the dog. It has been two years and can not make contact with this breeder. After reading all the information on the internet concerning this Kennel explains why I can not get a return call. At this point all I am wanting is to get the dog registered with the AKC. I have copies of the dogs papers form Ireland and the contract states I would receive all the proper paperwork to transfer to AKC. The contract clearly spells out what was promised but have been trying to contact for almost a year and no response by phone, certified letter, or Email. I am seeking any type of legal action against this person possible to stop this type of misrepresentation especially since it involves animals.

Texas provides the ability to sue under this act. Contact a trusted Attorney, as I did on another kennel to notify the seller. Be sure to provide the attorney a Copy of the contract that you signed. If everything is in order you do have redress.
