These claims are completely false and unfounded. No information whatsoever is provided for the basis of any claim alleging fraud, or illegal activities by the named parties because the fact of the matter is, there is no basis exists for such claims. Neither is there any basis for the claims of “shady investments”, “bad deals” or “selling little old ladies”. The poster makes this submission using an alias name of M. Yass (eg My ***), and is most likely a disgruntled competitor or former employee and does not even pose to be an actual client or one with any experience doing business with any of the named companies or individuals.
Further more claims of this nature are typically made with appropriate governing authorities by the direct claimant and not by anonymous third parties in online "bad press" forums however, researching any of the named companies or individuals, you will find no formal complaints of any kind regarding any of the matters alleged. Rather you will find their good standing with the state of Nevada, the Better Business Bureau and the Nevada Mortgage Lending Division (see NMLS #1113686) in addition to testimonials from many happy clients.
