We signed up with his company and paid him monthly fees for 'services' he was supposed to provide in order to help us keep our home.

We signed up with him over 3 months ago and haven't heard from him until 1 week ago. We went over to his office and his offices were locked up and all his furniture was gone! Do Not Use this guy!

He is a thief. He does not contact or help the homeowner. I am reporting him to the Bar. What kind of a lawyer takes people's money and does nothing but disappear?

STAY AWAY!

Another Why Reno is a Ghost Town

#3Consumer Comment

Wed, August 08, 2012

Reno and Nevada already have a bad reputation in the national media; a talk with home insurers confirms people and businesses are fleeing Reno and Nevada.  These shocking behaviors by Reno businesses and Nevada public employees give a further black-eye to Reno and Nevada which are increasingly becoming and known as A Blighted Ghost-town and Nevada a blighted State.  This Reno law office has been notorious for years for their abuses, perjury, and false documents yet have never been held acountable for their illegal and unethical behaviors.

I suspect that this review was written by a former client whos file was transferred to my office.

I do not maintain clients on monthly payment plans and would advise anyone to be skeptical of an attorney who wishes to handle their matter for a monthly rate (as it encourages one to never close their file).  The clients prior firm did maintain a monthly payment plan.  This client was sent written correspondences advising them that they would be paying a flat fee for representation and not a monthly payment.  They were also sent written notice that my office had moved to a new location in addition to receiving phone calls regarding same.  If, for whatever reason, this client failed to receive these communications then they are encouraged to contact my office to address any concerns they may have.  I also suspect that this review is possibly a fake post, written by a former employee of the firm from which some files where transferred to my office who is interested in stealing clients and/or perpetuating further the business practices of that firm.
