It is sad to say that instead of having everyone's tax dollars support his children. It is time he supported his own. He was removed on October 20, 2003 due to an order of protection that was filed against him. Lost visitation at that time as he failed a drug test. Everyone knew he was doing and selling the drugs but me. What a player he is!!

He has never paid a dime, and he must know the system cause he always squirms his way through, finding females to suck off of most of the time and live with as he can't live on his own or by himself. He does live with his Mother, at the trailer park off and on, as he moves around alot and has different jobs all the time. Bryan is almost 40 years old, he gave up one son for adoption, with Shanlyn and has a 13 year old son, Jacob with Cheryl, that he doesn't pay for either.
My son now has several medical bills, daycare, etc. and he is selling insurance on the internet consider paying for anything. He told his son that his christmas presents got stolen. This boy is so upset that no one from "that" side of the family even sent him a card for his birthday or christmas. My son would like a bike, new shoes but we have to cut back and I have to explain it to him. We have moved on and are letting the law deal with it.

I think it is time we let these guys know that dead beats arean't allowed or tolerated. I have went through IDPA and the chase has begun, but you have to have a job to get garnished...

Just an Update on "the donor"

I have a judgment for child support dated Jan. 12, 2005 (finally, after several agreed orders that he decided at the last minute that he would not sign)for $100.00 weekly, $30.00 a week for daycare, 17.80 for Medical Insurance.
So now I have an order, gave him a copy of the order, he is going to pay right! Wrong, as I started with IDPA with this process which took 8 months, as they are the only ones that can get the tax refunds intercepted, and he is now saying that he wants to abate support "throw out" due to the fact that he signed something with IDPA, which I did not, as I have my own judgment.
In fact, IDPA said they don't back date, do it yourself, I did, got it to back date to December 5, 2003 (which is the first date I petitioned for support) and here we go again! Now, I sent everything to IDPA and they must enforce my judgment.
We go to court again in May 20, 2005. Do they throw dead beat dads in jail? Do they make them pay? What happens to all the medical bills? Now you know, why we refer to him as "the donor" as he is not a father. Let's see what happens now.
