Read all of the rip off reports. They are all true and I seriously doubt that Mr. Hicks made anything right for the originator of the April 11,2017 SCAM ALERT. IF HE DID, HE STOLE THE MONEY FROM SOMEONE ELSE TO DO SO.
He is a lyer and a thief. He and his accomplices left a wake of victims in Georgia. We have been contacted by a female in Altanta, GA that he "borrowed" $2500 from to pay his rent and when the re-payment date came and went and she couldn't get ahold of him, she contacted us trying to track him down.
We evicted him from a rental unit in Smyrna, GA and found that he fabricated the pay stubs from a ficticious company to get qualified to live there, which is a felony in the State of Georgia. You can not trust anything that comes from this individual's mouth nor any documentation that he may show you to show employment, or that he attended any college.
DO NOT RENT TO THIS PERSON. We have a judgement against him and there is a Special Investigator from the HUD and a Special Investigator from the VA that have been provided substantial information on this individual, as he is connected to a scheme where he assited a number of Miltart Verterans in finding rental housing and he was collecting the rent from them and he never paid the apartment complexes, so the verterans got evicted.
DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON MONEY. DO NOT TRUST THIS INDIVIDUAL TO HELP YOU IN ANY WAY. YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN, AND IF YOU ARE GETTING PAID FROM HIM, REST ASSURED HE IS STEALING THE MONEY FROM SOMEONE ELSE TO PAY YOU.
