Bryan Sebeckis & BusinessQ Inc. & For Your Body Magazine (AKA Cross Media Publishing, Living Better.com, Living Better Magazine, Ball Publishing) has ripped off local San Diego designer, for over $2000.00 of work for which he does not intend to pay.

Bryan Sebeckis has a history that spans over 17 years of refusing to pay his vendors for services rendered. He has been in court over 32 times for his bad business dealings and when a judgment is made against him he files for bankruptcy.

When a vendor does receive a check for services rendered the check often bounces thus creating larger problems for the vendor.

Bryan Sebeckis is a white collar criminal and should be avoided at all cost.

I'm not the only person that has happened to!!

Please do a search on Rip Off Report of Magazines and Publishers and see the other post by the photographer who also went through the exact same thing (except he wised up and paid her)!

It can't be a lie if two people who don't know each other went through the exact same thing. (?)

Also why is Bryan calling all his "friends" to his defense?? How good of a business man can he be if he's cursing the internet to see if he's on Rip Off Report. Also why doesn't he just sue me if this is so damaging?? Because everything I said is true, I have proof to back it up, and he know I'll counter claim.

I don't know you Kalani -- this is about Bryan so I suggest you back off.

I have over 100 emails proving everything I'm say to you today -- honestly I don't care if you don't believe me. I know one person will.

Bryan has a history of doing this (32 court cases mind you) he will do it again. The probability is less now that we knows he's on Rip Off Report and this is why Kalani's getting paid.

Again -- I have clients and happy ones -- so I must be doing something right.

I've been working with Bryan for more than 3 months now. Bryan has paid me every single time and I am also an independent contractor, web and graphic designer. I was late in invoicing him one week and he went through loops with accounting to get me paid ASAP.

I can see nothing truthful in her claims and could see her posts laughable if they were not also damaging a good person.

If this Rip Off Report serves as anything it should be that you do not hire this graphic designer.

12 Satisfied Clients After Bryan Sebeckis Aftermath

Bryan Sebeckis is literally full of it!

I used time tracking software to prove my hours. Enough childishness - I have had over 12 happily satisfied customers since Bryan and his magazine (For Your Body/ For Your Home) is going nowhere. I started 2 businesses because he left me without employment or income to survive.

Bryan paid for concepts and design and hired me to work a regular 40hr work week. We never got beyond the concept stage because something was always "wrong with his family" -- every week, every email! (if you were a true business person you would respond to matters involving your business)

Bryan has a track record for not paying for work and also has a record for starting companies hiring employees, NEVER paying them, and going bankrupt. (I did a background check on Bryan!)

I have a track record of success! All my clients are extremely proud of their designs and I have received many referrals - my business keeps growing.

Bryan, just keep trying to have the success I've had -- good luck! It's no wonder your competitor is on the TV and you're not. You can't scam the people of San Diego anymore - so you must have moved on to Orange County.

Beware -- you will do work for this man (I use the term loosely) and he will not pay you!

Be CAREFUL which graphic designer you use!

Jeaneen Benson's comments are libelous and innaccurate.

She was hired as an independent graphic designer to do a project under specific parameters. She did not follow those parameters and billed for a lot of work not agreed upon.

NONE of her work was used, yet she was paid hundreds of dollars. (NOT ONE BIT OF HER WORK COULD BE USED). Normally nothing should have been paid.

The important key is to be very careful to use a professional graphic designer. Be careful! If they do this once they will react this way again.
