Complaint Review: Bryan Skrinski-Electrician

Bryan Skrinski, approx age 25 is an electrician that is from Bothell Washington(Seattle Area). He has a son who is 3 years old whom he has never cared to meet. When Bryan was informed that his son was born, he dissconnected his phone and moved. This loser hides from the process server so that he can't get served for child support paperwork from the State of CA. Bryan has been known to reside in the Lake Arrowhead, Lake Elsinore and the Lake Havasu Area in CA. But could possibly be back home with his family in the State of Washington. I have contacted some members of his family but they also refuse to have any contact with the child.
