Complaint Review: Brylane Home

I contacted Brylane Home credit department asking them to cancel something that had come up on my statement. They gave me another number to call and there was no problem. However I also asked the to close my account with them, because I no longer wanted it. They said they it would be no problem, but there was. The following month I got a bill for something I ordered through their catalog but never got.

There was no mention of this when I asked them to close out my account the month before. So now they are still charging me, and I don't want to pay for something I didn't get!!!! I've contacted them a few times, they told me to write a letter to Customer Service right away. I did that and got a letter today with your e-mail address. I'm now past due on something I never got, they are charging me late fees, and this is going againt my credit report. I'm not sure what to do next. They are very unhelpful. I hope you can help!!!!
