I ordered a bordered on 11/17. I recieved it, painted the room, and ordered the bedding on Dec 11. I was told on 12/14 that the order was declined by my credit card. No it wasn't. But I replaced the order to make sure I have it for Christmas for my son.

I noticed in Januray the set went on sale and it was approximatley $80.00 less. So I called and they said they would alter my purchase and I wouldn't have to pay the full price. I said, "Great, when will I finally get this stuff? (Mind you I ordered it when it said "in stock" in Decemeber.) They said, "Oh it looks like Feb 13th." "OK." I said. I called back on January 22 because the total was still the same. The new Service person I talked to, (mind you - you cannot get customer service until you tell your whole story to the phone screeners), told me they do not give credits, and they will only give an in-store credit.

Well, it's the end of January the new b/o date is March 3. When I bought this stuff when it was "IN STOCK," so of course, I do not want an in-store credit. It's been 3 months. I went to the BBB of Indiana, and they contacted the company, which offered to send it overnight express when it came in at no additional charge to me. Isn't that nice of them?

Winter is over so I don't have much need for a bedspread much longer. It is again now backordered until April. I'm figuring by next winter maybe I'll have a blanket to cover up my son that matches his room. That's the only reason I have not told these people to go pound sand. I have walls and a bordered the same. Now I need the bedding to go along with it. If you buy from these people, make sure you don't actually need the merchandise. You'll probably never get it. Oh, and their response was, "We can't send something they don't have." But 4 months I think has been probably enough time to get it. Don't, ya think?

What always got me when I worked there is people are "decorating" a room based on a picture. This they do all on their own before getting the actual product to be sure colors match, ect then blamed brylane home for a project they took on themselves

Backorders Usually Delayed

What you experienced was typical during the time I worked for them. Customers ordered items for their summer vacation and almost always at least half of the items were on backorder. I had people have to wait several months for some items. They ended up canceling their orders because they wouldn't get before they left for their vacation or special occasion.
