I am really upset that I've been a victim of a rip-off company.  Sent all items back that were made of very cheap material and not sewn right or fit the bed right.  I called and told them this, they passed me onto 4 to 5 different people every time I made a call to them.  I told them I wanted my credit card canceled and to close my account.  They said they can't do that till they get all the items back.  All the items were sent over a week ago and they had to receive them.  They would tell me that something was received but they would not tell me how many or do anything for me till I got another bill.  One lady told me that I would be charged a late fee if I was late paying for my order.  I don't have any of the things I ordered because I sent everything back.  Another lady told me that I can send the items back and use their UPS return label that I would not be charge for them.  Another lady said I would be charged $5.00 for each I sent back, that was the policy. This was my first time doing business with them and my last. Please help me to get this cleared up before they try to ruin my credit.  I have excellent credit and feel no one should have the right to do another this kind of wrong.
