BSM/GRANT Serach AssT Growing Rich With Google And Bsm/grant Search Assistant/NetworkAgenda.com: I orderd software trial from google for 1.95 before i have even recieved software my account was billed 1.95 for CD and 29.95 for first monthly fee and I never receive their CD. I call "Growing ..." to cancel my trial and a month later, I got two of $7.95 bills from BSM and one $9.95 bill from Nteworkaganda.com. LAS VEGAS Nevada
I ordered a trial software CD online from "Growing rich with Google" and never received the CD. I had not even begun the trail membership then I was charged $1.95 for the CD and $29.95 for first monthly fee. I called them to cancel the "membership" and they refuse to refund the charge. Furthermore, one month later, a company, named "BSM/Grant Search Asst" charged $7.95 from my credit card without my acknowledgment. I called BSM phone number (866)-370-270 and never got answer from real human.
Two month later, while I was still trying to stop the fee, BSM charged me $7.95 again and another company, named networkagenda.com, charged me a $9.95 unauthorized. Finally, I have to call my credit company to close my account. But I still can't ensure it will stop those unauthorized charges or not. Oh, my God! They are raping!

If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect them to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue so that it doesn't continue to happen.
