Complaint Review: BSM Travel

Let me just express, that at first all was grand. I got a confirmation number, even called a few time w/in the last year and spoke to people. Got my package information in the mail, read over it quickly, things looked fine and things got fishy recently as I have tried to call.

The 800 number I had first called, no longer works... the number listed here, hasn't been working either. So I started looking at things a little more closely. The letter was from BSM Travel, fine, but the brochures that I got in the mail were from Wholesale Connection Company. WCC claims to not know about BSM. I have searched about for information but have come up empty. Help would be appreciated.
