Brett Thomas is a terrible "property manager". After complaining about something very simple that my immediate property manager did - Brett responded in a very unsympathetic tone. I have saved the email thread for fear of retrubution. In short I was not surprised at all to find Brett's name already on this site... I can not imagine that I am the first person to complain about him and / or his company... I just feel bad for tenants that aren't aware of their rights and who have had to deal with these horrible people...
