Complaint Review: BTQNET Inc

After downloading a necessary update to my Intel Graphics Driver and restarting my computer, the screen shot software Simple Snag would no longer recognize the serial number coding I had received at time of purchase. I do not know that the download caused the issue but timing leads one to believe involvement. However, after trying and FAILING to be able to send an email via the Simple Snag website using 3 different web browsers to the support for Simple Snag, I finally reverted to the CC statement to see if there was addl info available on how to contact them as the website offers no phone # or form other than email. The company charging my CC was BTQNET, Inc. A phone number was included and after numerous calls, I have yet, now close to 2 weeks later, to receive a call back. The CC co states that a chargeback is not possible due to a statute of limitations they must live by so BTQ goes unpunished financially from this consumer. So my recourse is let the rest of the world know to avoid their website(s).
