***This info is 100% accurate and directly from www.mugshots.com. When we started the process of looking for a LED sign for our struggling business, we shopped around like anybody would do. After finding a "good deal", our nightmare started. After purchase I noticed that the address listed on the BTSSigns.com website was a residential condo located at 407 Cape Cod Drive Panama City Beach, FL 32407. The "Headquarters/Condo" is in post foreclosure and I guess Darius did not scam enough people to pay for his 99k condo/Headquarters. The current address listed on the website is: 13800 Panama City Beach Pkwy, Suite 233. Darius is a FRAUD. Here is are some more details on Darius: ERIE -- Convicted con man Darius Maaghul never stays in jail for long, records show.
His most recent victims are furious that Maaghul is in a halfway house after serving just 14 months of a three- to six-year prison sentence for stealing jewelry while posing as a prospective buyer of their upscale homes in the South Hills of Pittsburgh.
Those victims haven't seen a cent of the $8,000 restitution Maaghul was ordered to pay.
"I'm astounded to hear he's out, but not too surprised," said victim Bernard Newman, of Scott. "If Maaghul thinks this thing is over, he's wrong. He still has a financial obligation to us."
These days, Maaghul, 43, lives in Erie ! Darius now has "Run" to Panama City where he has "Highly Trained Professionals" in the sign business. . . Not!!! He will take your $$$. Be sure to stay away from him. If you do make the mistake of dealing with him, I hope you pay with a credit card (Amex). Simply charge everything back and his fraudster of a human will follow thru slowly but surely. The sign will never work (if it does arrive). Many, many, many, many , many excuses along the way by his "highly trained professionals".... JUST STAY AWAY from this convict and you will sleep better. Hopefully Karma will turn the con into spek of a LED soon. I deeply grieve for all that lost their possessions from their home by this con man.
