Please note Bttpay.com a new payment processing company scammed me and kept around $3000 on hold giving reason that all merchants needs to be reverified in order to release the payment.

 

After succesfully activating my account and proceesing for one month on 19th Feb I received an email from CEO and CFO of bttpay.com saying that my account is suspended and Feb 2016 has been kept on hold due to reverification and they did it with all merchants. Till date my account does not have a single chargeback or a refund. I emailed them saying you can keep my account suspended till it gets verified however do not keep my payment on hold as I dont have any chargeback or refund because no payment processor does that. They said it can't be released till my account gets verified. It has been almost a month now that their verification is going on and I have received 2-3 emails from them saying my account has been succesfully verified, however till date my account is suspended and I have not received my payments from them.

 

They asked me to submit my company and persona documents several times. Till date I have submitted all documents more than 3 times and I have got several emails from them saying my account is verified, however my payment is till on hold and my merchant account is still not activated.

 

Many times I tried calling their customer support line +1 650-817-7449 (chargeable) half of the time no one answers the calls and when they answer they give you fake promises regarding account activation, verification and payment release.

 

I would not recommend Bttpay.com to any merchant as they are not trustworthy, they can suspend your account and keep your payments on hold anytime without giving any reason even when you dont have any refunds or chargebacks on your account. Be safe

Hi,

 

Bttpay.com again tricked me friends. As you can read in my rebuttle Mr. Atif Khan (CFO) had promised me to release my payout in a week after my account is verified well they tricked me giving reason of a dispute filed by a customer. Well this customer wanted a refund and when I asked them to process a refund during their system upgrade and my account verification they said we can not process a refund as your account is not verified yet and now this customer has filled a dispute because he did not get a refund in time.

 

When I explained this fact to Mr. Atif Khan (CFO and Founder) he said we can not make your payment as there is a dispute and he never agreed that getting this dispute is their fault. I have customer's email asking for a refund and when Bttpay did not process his refund he filed a chargeback and now they blame me for this chargeback and again kept my payout on hold.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TRUST BTTPAY.COM, THEY DO NOT PAY MERCHANTS AND KEEP THEIR PAYMENTS ON HOLD GIVING BASELESS REASONS. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 2 MONTHS NOW THEY ARE FOOLING ME AROUND.

THEIR FINANCE TEAM IS THE WORST AS THEY NEVER ANSWER YOUR CALLS, NEVER PROCESS REFUNDS WHEN ASKED, NEVER PAY YOU....

Hi,

 

I would like to update my report as Bttpay.com contacted me and and promised that the account would be active and the payout would be resolved. They said it tool longer than expected as they were going through a system update.

 

As they promised my account is now active and I have received a new user ID and the Password and they promised me that my payout would be released in a week. I would like to take this report down now as issue seems to be resolving now.
