BTWCONCERTS CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD FOR AN EVENT THEY CANCELLED JUST 4 DAYS BEFORE & NO REPLY ABT REFUND GLENDALE Arizona
I planned to attend an event head lining some the best in R&B/Jazz in Chandler, AZ at Rawhide venue. I charged 6 tickets for all three nights on concerts for $740 on Aug 26, 2015. I got an email today Oct. 19, 2015 at 12:14p informing the event was cancelled & explanation. I was told details with refund information would be coming soon. I replied back & no response. I would really like for something to be done about this company.
