BUCK DOLLAR STORES RPI Commercial Inc BEWARE OF THEIR LIES Miami Lakes,, Florida
They made promises to find great dollar store merchandise for my store but just had wholesale companies send me catalogs for me to guess what the best buys would be. I found out that the way they help me find a location was through a Real Estate company that they seemed to control and make a commission from. Some conflict of interest there don't you think? I got away from them ASAP and found a much better Developer that I prefer not to be named. I am not here to help another company but just warn you of their tricks.
This was my second attempt to find a good dollar store developer. They wanted to sell me used equipment and fixtures that I would have to assemble myself. They did show me a web site of their merchandise that after checking their wholesalers I found out that they really marked up the cost. I got better deals from wholesalers myself. They may not be a scam but make way to many promises that their store owners ever got. Their references were mostly just stores that were buyers only. Too many unanswered questions from this company.

Hi Casandra, thanks for your report. I was just about to follow up a deal with this Buckstore as well. I first contact them some months ago, but couldnt conclude with them for one reason or the other.
