Complaint Review: Buckeye Dog Hauling

The service of Buckwheat Dog Haulers is sub par at best. The first time I used Buckeye I shipped 5 pups. They showed up 2 days early and I had to take off work and meet them 3 hours away from the original meeting point.

Some of the pups were on the truck for almost 3 weeks when the promised delivery was one week.

The follow up and communication is very poor. The individuals waiting for their pups were in the dark on the delivery of their pups which made me look bad.

Almost a year later I had the opportunity to aquire a pupy that has some of the best bloodlines in its breed. I called several fog haulers and Buckeye said they could get there before the other transporters by a week and time was of the essence. Three weeks later I call Buckeye a couple of days before the scheduled pick up and no answer. I finally get a response back that they were in the town my pup was supposed to get picked up in however she had no room for my pup because she picked up 3 dogs instead.

I was told with Buckeyes new pick up that my pup would be hours out of her way and I would have to wait 3 more weeks.

This is completely in excusable. Buckeye is completely unreliable and can not be trusted. I have a nother transporter picking up the mess and getting the job done.
