Complaint Review: BUCKEYE SALES - Thanksforthepoints.com - David Banda

April 12th 2005. A young man by the name of David Banda, persuaded to me to buy a two year subscription to Maxim Magazine. One disclaimer says to "Allow 90 to 120 days for delivery." It is now October 7th 2005. That's 178 days from the time of purchase. Still no mags.

I have a copy of the receipt, and am willing to press charges if enough people come forward. I realize it's only $46.00, but they have done this before to several people under different company names. All through Thanksforthepoints.com.
