Complaint Review: Budget Blinds of Clarksville TN

Get in - Get the check- Get out seems to be a theme after i read all the other posts about this company and the Clarksville Budget Blinds is no exception.

They take a check so you will not get your money back when they screw you over.  Tom and Bonnie Cassetty are crooks.  Plain and simple.  The customer service with this franchise is a complete joke.  You will end up calling a million times but they will not call you back.  My order sat for three weeks until I finally got a call that there was a "clerical error" and they had thought my order was delivered.  But they found my order on the "bottom of the pile" as they put it.

When they finally arrived to put my blind up, it was the wrong size.  Then these people have the nerve to blame me.  They said it was my fault that the blind wasnt the right size and refused to fix the problem. 

These people know exactly how to rip you off.  They gave me a barely legible reciept that wasnt even signed and ran off with my money.

I learned something today.  Do your research so companies like this don't burn you.
