This company is HORRIBLE! We rented a minivan from Budget/AVIS rental cars St. Cloud mn via online at Budget.com and he (the owner) tries to give us a big 8 person passenger van! He started to insult me and was yelling. He had a minivan there, but stated someone was paying more than we were and was saving it for that person. Very unprofessional, rude and I hope he gets his day. This was not only the most horrible rental experience of my life, but one of the worse people I've met. When asked if he was going to make this right or correct the problem, he clearly stated "NO!". I have it all on recording and will post the live audio. I WARNED YOU....STAY AWAY!! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU RENTED AND DEAL WITH A BAD PERSON. Check out his google reviews as he is a scammed and operates one business under two names. Avis st cloud and budget st. Cloud. And they are BAD reviews!
