This by far is the worst company I have encountered, I own a roofing company and have worked with many dumpster companies and contractors. We ordered a 30 yard dumpster , and specified that we needed it before 12 pm for Monday.We made payment before it was delivered . We have had the worst experience and called on Monday starting at 8 A.M and the customer service was very rude , and they stated they didn't know what time the dumpster will get there. We called every hour on the dot wanted to the status of the dumpster as well. They didn't though up till 1:30 P.M , and still didn't have an answer , while we got an apartment complex open, with inspectors, supervisors , residents and our roofers waiting. Then we said after hours after waiting we need to cancel and get an dumpster company, and they wanted to charge us $150.00. Worst company and ****** me off that a company that is so bad is still in business. They need to get out of business now !!!!!!
