Complaint Review: Budget Dumpster

They come to pick my dumpster up and pick it up in the error the back door flys open and they ram it into my driveway and brick wall next to my garage causing a ton of damage. I have three witness who say the driver looked and it and just left. I file a claim with the company who after bugging them for a month finally sends somebody out when i am not home nor never tells me they are coming.

This shady company then emails me and says oh sorry but we did not cause damage it was already. done. I about fell out of my chair thinking he nerve of these clowns to call me and two other liars over email. Like i have nothing better to do than spend hours typing emails to a shady company to try and get this resolved. 

The brick will cost alot to get fixed and I have never been treated this way by a company. Never been called a liar with I have witnesses i mean the nerve of these clowns and the arrogance really. How they stay in business is beyond me.

It is the worst experience I have ever had working with a company who could care less about what they did to your house. Stay as far away from these people as you can is my advice.  I guess since these clowns will not do right by me all i can do is share this and cost them future business.
