Cecil Carter has the nerve to cry foul,now that the shoe is on the other foot or as the saying goes"what goes around ,comes around" Cecil is crying about compensation,last November and December we lost
four corporate accounts,due to Cecil not having the phones,his excuse after disappearing for two weeks was thePurchase Order was filled out incorrectly.
Cecil,where is our compensation for the time we put into getting you what you request.We lost time,money and clients,but you act as if you do not understand.
On July 10,2008,Cecil submitted a purchase order for $309,200.00,for 1,000 Nokia 6300 phones,100,8800 Arte and74Sapphire phones.
We had the phones shipped from oversea to a warehouse in Florida.When it was time to pick up the phones Cecil dissapered. Cecil finally contacted me three weeks later,stating that you cannot make people buy.
At that time I informed Cecil,that there was a shipping charge of $7850.00 due and the next time that we placed an order the funds would be deducted. It is obvious that Cecil does not understand business and that he cannot
continue offer goods that he does not own at the same time ruinning antor persons creditability

The bottom line, is that Allan Gs,Inc. stole $14,000. Allan does not want to disclose who he sent this money to that was entrusted to him.
He wants to speak about an order earlier we tried to process for him, the bottom line is no money was ever given to us upfront as a deposit.
Allan was given $17,000 to use as a deposit on phones which he has NEVER returned when his order did not go through. He returned 3K of it and as of yet we are waiting on the other $14,000.00. We had asked Allan for a quote on some phones earlier, for the Sapphire and ARTE , Allan told us a deposit was needed. The deposit was never made, and the quote/invoice he sent was valid for 24 hours. How can we be charged a fee if a deposit was never made for these?? That is the same question we asked him and now his lawyer.
Allan will not answer calls or e-mails any longer. Budget Electronixx has been in business for 4 years and never lost or misplaced any money until we entrusted Allan G's Inc.
Allan needs to understand there is a huge difference between a verbal committment and actually giving someone a deposit for goods. In this case $14000 is still owed by this man and his company.
