Complaint Review: Budget Mobile

Budget mobile is a scam, they offer free service but once they turn off any phone you havethey send you a pay by minutes phone. Nothing is free from them. They do not answer phone, its on a loop that asks you to hold for 5 minutes then it hang up. They dont answer emails or log on to the online help center. They turn off your active cell phone, they sdk you if you have a phone if you say no they wont sign you up. So you get stuck with a phone that neefs minutes then whenyou buy mminutes you get charged but no minutes.  I am so mad its hopelesd to get a response or help.This is a lie and a government scam do not sign up .they are also vonnevtef to lifeline anothet scam.just pay your bill and dont trust the free phone lie.
