I had set proof of my case with food stamps but wasn't approved for a phone. So I made a call to the Budget Prepay Inc. Customer service line and the representative. Informed me to take a picture of the number on the front of my food stamps card. I told her I was never to give out the card number. She said that was the only way I would recieve a phone. I just wanted to make sure no one else would fall for this type of scam. You should never give out your card number.
